Private label insoles

Private Label Insoles With Patented Springbak® Technology

Put your brand on an insole line built around Springbak®: an ultra-thin, 3/32-inch patented rubber layer, supplied finished and made in the USA.

Private label is for retailers, team suppliers and footwear brands that want a differentiated insole without building a new tool or compound.

Full partnership terms are on the patented OEM footwear technology page.

How private label works

  • Finished Springbak® components supplied under the OEM supply tier (SB-OEM)
  • Your branding and packaging, our patented composition
  • Minimum order of 5,000 pairs per SKU
  • Typical lead time of 6–10 weeks
  • Certificate of conformance with every lot

What it is, and what it is not

  • Patented 1,4-polybutadiene composition
  • Not EVA, not a TPE and not an injection-molded part
  • Fits under a removable liner or on top of a fixed liner in existing footwear

Patents and independent testing

In Weber State force-plate testing, more than twice the force was required to displace a standing subject on Springsoles compared with standing without them. The study measured standing stability only.
