Force-Plate Stability Study
In force-plate testing, subjects standing on Springbak® Springsoles showed more than twice the overall resistance to being pushed from their position.
In plain English: they were harder to move. They could hold their ground better against a sideways push—exactly the kind of stability athletes need when planting, cutting, jumping, landing, and absorbing contact.

- Which US women’s size should I order?
- Order your normal US women’s shoe size. This listing covers US women’s 7/8, 9/10 and 11/12, and every pair is trimmed to fit, so if you fall between two ranges take the larger one and cut it down.
- How do these compare to other sizing standards?
- US women’s runs about 1.5 sizes above US men’s (US women’s 9 ≈ US men’s 7.5 ≈ EU 40 ≈ UK 6.5). All four listings are the exact same patented 3/32-inch Springbak® Springsole at $29.95 — only the size scale printed on the package changes.
- Will Springsoles fit volleyball shoes, track spikes, pickleball shoes and trainers?
- Yes. Pull the factory insole out, trace it onto the Springsole, cut just inside the line, then drop the Springsole in first and put your original insole back on top. At 3/32 of an inch, volleyball shoes, track spikes, pickleball shoes and trainers keep their normal fit.
