SPRINGBAK® SPRINGSOLES — VOLLEYBALL SHOE INSTALL VIDEO Transcript · Runtime 0:20 · springbak.app/insoles/volleyball This video has no spoken dialogue. The transcript below describes each on-screen step with timestamps. SCENE 1 — REMOVE AND INSERT 0:00 This example shoe has a removable factory liner. First try the Springsole without trimming it. A white court shoe sits on the gym sideline bench, laces open, the grey factory insole lifted out and set beside it — next to a black Springbak Springsole with the yellow Springbak script and logo. 0:03 Hands slide the black Springbak Springsole into the shoe, flat against the midsole, printed side up, lining the heel of the insole up with the heel of the shoe. 0:06 Thumbs press the Springsole smooth from heel to toe so it lies flat — no bubble, no wrinkle, no curled edge. SCENE 2 — LAYER YOUR OWN INSOLE BACK ON TOP 0:10 The grey factory insole is lowered back into the shoe so it sits directly on top of the black Springbak Springsole. 0:14 Fingers press the factory insole flat from heel to toe. Trim only when necessary for a clean, flat fit. If needed, remove a very small amount from the toe or forefoot, reinsert it and check before cutting more. 0:17 The finished stack: black Springbak Springsole on the bottom, your own insole on top, and the shoe laced up snug. The video shows a removable liner. If a lightly glued liner releases cleanly with a gentle, steady pull, put the Springsole underneath it. Stop if the liner starts to tear, damage, stretch or deform; leave it in place and put the Springsole on top. Never force out a firmly bonded or stitched liner. Never trim the heel, unnecessarily narrow the sides or alter the heel shape. The Springsole must lie completely flat without curling, buckling, bunching or pressure against the front of the shoe. --- Springbak® Springsoles — U.S. Patents 5,554,694 · 5,695,850 · 6,120,880 · 6,589,630 B1 Made in the USA · $29.95 · springbak.app
